What you need to know today
- 1Food vouchers may be picked up at the Information Table.
- 2Please bring valid ID showing that you live in the complex.
- 3Each unit is eligible for one voucher package.
- 4RSVP is not required to attend.
- 5The event runs from 4:00–8:00 PM in the Central Parkette.
- 6The SW Visitor Parking Lot is closed for event use.
Where to Go
- Information Table / Voucher Pickup Central Parkette, near the stand-up tables. Bring ID showing you live in the complex.
- Food Trucks South of the Central Parkette — Rocky Mountain Pizza Plus, Tikka Tomato, The Streetery.
- Ice Cream Mr. Cool Ice Cream truck — parked alongside the food trucks.
- Bouncy Castle In the Central Parkette activity zone. Kids first — parents supervise.
- Face Painting Inside the Tents area beside the games.
- Balloon Artist Roaming around the Central Parkette during peak hours.
- First Aid / Safety Contact Information Table has the first-aid kit. Traffic Marshals are posted at both parking access points.
- No Parking Area 6m Emergency Access Route (marked red on the map) must remain clear at all times — no parking, tents, or equipment.
- Washrooms Please plan to return to your unit for washroom use during the event.
